Due to the nature of logistics services, returns and refunds are subject to certain conditions:

If a service is canceled or altered, the terms of cancellation may apply.

Cancellations of services such as pick-up or delivery must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
If services are canceled after pick-up has occurred, charges for the transportation and handling of goods may apply.

3. Damaged or Lost Goods

In the event of goods being damaged or lost during transit or while in storage, we will initiate an investigation and provide compensation as per our insurance policy.
